I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the waterpark. The staff here were so friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities such as a spa & wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and even a private beach. I loved lounging by the pool and taking advantage of the beach access. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a flat-screen TV and a mini-bar. The hotel also offers great dining options, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area to choose from. I had a wonderful experience here!

The hotel room was very comfortable and clean with nice amenities. The hotel had a great location, close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful and always willing to help out when needed.

The food was a big disappointment during our new year's stay. The breakfast buffet was very limited and the food was often cold. We were also really disappointed with the new year's eve dinner, which was overcrowded and felt like an afterthought. The wait staff seemed overwhelmed and the food was average at best. the food experience was a real letdown during what should have been a special time of year.

Christmas at this hotel was a great experience. the hot springs were fantastic and provided a unique way to relax with family. the gardens were well taken care of and added to the beauty of the location. the breakfast and lunch options were great and the hotel's key location near the water park made getting around easy.

One downside of the hotel was the food. Although there was a wide selection, the quality and taste didn't meet expectations.
